Located onsite are two original buildings of the orchard.  The Barn offers a full kitchen and a loft featuring pool and ping pong tables, and is often used for large community functions.  The Farm House, the smaller of the two buildings, is home to a library, as well as other small rooms suitable for intimate get-togethers.  Residents also enjoy access to the media room and computer station.
